High-performance computing
We have a computing allocation and a decent amount of storage on the Savio high-performance computing cluster.
Instructions for making a Savio account
After you make an account, let Mariam know so she can connect you to the Aly Lab directories.
File server
Savio is not backed up, and is primarily for computing, not storage. Longer-term storage should be on a department server and on external hard drives. Talk to Mariam about getting on a server and purchasing an external hard drive.
