New York City has 3 major airports: LaGuardia (LGA), John F. Kennedy (JFK) and Newark (EWR).

LaGuardia Airport is a 25-minute drive to Columbia University, where the meeting will be held. You can also get to Columbia by taking the M60-SBS bus from LaGuardia. Once at Columbia, you can walk or take a cab to the conference venue or Aloft Hotel. To get to the Empire Hotel, take the downtown 1 train to 66th St.

John F. Kennedy International Airport is a 40-minute drive to the conference venue at Columbia. You can also get to the conference venue by taking the JFK AirTran to the Jamaica Station in Queens, transferring to the Port Jefferson Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) train and taking that to Penn Station in Manhattan. Once at Penn Station, you can take the subway (MTA) to get to the Empire Hotel, Aloft, or the conference venue.
- To get to the Empire Hotel from Penn Station, take the uptown 1 train to 66th St.
- To get to the conference venue (Jerome L. Greene Science Center) from Penn Station, take the uptown 1 train to 125th St.
- To get to Aloft Harlem from Penn Station, take the uptown A or C to 125th St.

Newark Liberty International Airport is a 40-minute drive to the conference venue at Columbia. You can also get to the conference venue by taking New Jersey Transit (Northeast Corridor) to Penn Station in Manhattan. Once at Penn Station, you can take the subway (MTA) to get to the Empire Hotel, Aloft, or the conference venue.
- To get to the Empire Hotel from Penn Station, take the uptown 1 train to 66th St.
- To get to the conference venue (Jerome L. Greene Science Center) from Penn Station, take the uptown 1 train to 125th St.
- To get to Aloft Harlem from Penn Station, take the uptown A or C to 125th St.
